At Sanskaara, every product is made with intention and care. We want you to love what you receive—but if something’s not right, we’ll do our best to make it better.

We Accept Return or Exchange Requests If:

  • You received a different item than what you ordered
  • The product has a clear manufacturing or quality defect

In these cases, we’ll arrange a replacement of the same or a similar product after reviewing your request.

Please note: We do not offer refunds, but if the issue is on our end, we’ll gladly replace the product.

We Do Not Accept Returns or Exchanges For:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by you
  • Missed delivery attempts or refusal to accept delivery
  • Products bought during sales or with promotional discounts
  • Change of mind

Important:

If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please do not mark it as “received.” Note the issue on the delivery slip and retain all original packaging and the invoice.
